Their first date didn’t exactly start smoothly—Kayla drove in circles for 45 minutes trying to find the restaurant and ended up an hour late (which is completely unlike her, since she’s always on time!). But for Jeff, it was worth every minute. He knew right away that she was someone special.

Fast forward to May 19, 2018. On a rainy spring day, Jeff was determined to take Kayla back to one of their first date spots, despite her protests about the weather. Little did she know, he had already invited her closest friends and their partners to join them, leaving her no way to say no. After a wine tasting, Jeff suggested taking a photo, but instead of posing for the camera, he got down on one knee in front of the entire tasting room. Kayla was in complete shock as she said yes—it was a surreal, unforgettable moment.

The Wedding Day

On October 11, 2019, Kayla and Jeff tied the knot at Birchwood Vineyards in Derry, NH. The moment they first stepped inside the venue, they fell in love with its warm, rustic elegance—everything they wanted for their fall wedding. Their color scheme of navy and burgundy perfectly matched the season, adding richness and depth to every detail.

Kayla looked stunning in a long-sleeve lace gown with an illusion neckline and open back. She carried a bouquet of burgundy roses, chrysanthemum, and leucadendron, accented with greenery—the perfect nod to the autumn season.
