Elegant Tent Wedding at Granite Links

Carolyn and Jonathan tied the knot at St. Agatha’s Parish in Milton and celebrated with family and friends under a gorgeous tent at Granite Links in Quincy. Their elegant wedding was filled with laughter, dancing, and heartfelt moments that reflected their simple, joyful love story.

Their Love Story

Carolyn and Jonathan’s love story began in their hometown of Quincy, Massachusetts. Although they went to different high schools, they knew of each other through mutual friends. Over time, their paths crossed more often, and what started as a connection through friends grew into something much deeper.

The proposal was a moment Carolyn will never forget. After recently purchasing a house together, the plan that day was to get some work done on their new place. But when she walked in, Jonathan had “Will You Marry Me?” spray painted on one of the walls. Down on one knee, he asked the big question—and of course, she said yes!

The Wedding Day

Their original wedding plan was to host their reception at the Boston Aquarium, but like so many couples during the pandemic, they had to adjust. They ultimately chose Granite Links in Quincy, MA for their celebration, and it turned out to be the perfect fit.

On June 11, 2021, after their ceremony at St. Agatha’s Parish in Milton, Carolyn and Jonathan celebrated under a beautiful white tent at Granite Links, adorned with greenery and simple, elegant details. The focus was never on extravagant décor, but on creating a space where family and friends could come together, laugh, dance, and celebrate their love.

The night was filled with joy, laughter, and so many unforgettable memories. It was the perfect reflection of who they are as a couple—down to earth, surrounded by loved ones, and always ready to make the most of every moment.

Carolyn and Jonathan’s Granite Links wedding is a reminder that at the heart of every celebration is love, family, and the people who matter most.
